Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is about replacing the old negative thought patterns with positive new ones that will not only ensure you will effortlessly achieve your goals, but will also help you find balance, harmony and well-being in your life.

How does it work?

The best way to explain hypnotherapy is that it's like having someone gently guide you through a wonderfully relaxing daydream. It can be an incredibly soothing experience.

In fact, during your hypnotherapy session, you will be lead into a calm and relaxed state of mind which is very similar to when you're totally absorbed in a very pleasant daydream. When you're in this incredibly calm state of mind your hypnotherapy can bypass your critical, logical mind and make beneficial, positive suggestions directly to your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious is the most powerful part of your mind. It's the part that allows you to access all your memories, habits and feelings. It’s like entering a different level of consciousness. It can be compared to the feeling of watching a TV but not taking in what’s going on, or listening to someone talking to you but you’re not really ‘there’. You will be aware of the room you are in, the sounds around you, but they will have little significance. Throughout the process you will be in complete control. It’s not possible for anyone to force you to do anything against your will under hypnosis and you can become fully awake should you choose.

Hypnotherapy can be used in the fast and long lasting treatment of a wide range of problems, including:

» Anxiety
» Stop smoking
» Panic attacks
» Lose weight
» Phobia or fear
» Depression
» Anger management
» Gaining More confidence
